Federica (she/her) is a multi-hyphenate, critically acclaimed artist from Milan, Italy, based in Brooklyn. As a Director, Federica specializes in development of new work for the stage. Recent new work Directing Credits include Lucha Libre (Oye Group at ArtsHub), Smashed Valentine (The Rat), At The Barricades (WWTNS at Mitu580) Building My Casa (Teatro 220 at LaMama, Best Direction and Best Ensemble winner at the 2026 Talia Awards), Until Dark (Et Alia Theater at OOBB), and The Care N Keepin of U (ARS NOVA Camp Residency). She was a resident artist at the Mercury Store, University Settlement Performance Project, the Woodward Guest Residency, the '23 Et Alia Theater Lab (Winner), at the Italytime Cultural Center. Teaching Artist credits include The Stay Cool Summer Camp (Co-Designed and Co-Lead for Theater Alaska), Big Green Theater (Co-Lead Designer with The Bushwick Starr), Adjunct Professor at Marymount College (for Playwriting Projects).
