Marissa Ontiveros (she/her) Actionplay's Social Media Manager, is an autistic arts administrator, teaching artist, and storyteller who builds creative spaces rooted in access and care. She has collaborated with Girl Be Heard, Brooklyn Acting Lab, LEAP, CO/LAB Theater Group, and St. Nicks Alliance to design programs that make creativity feel possible for everyone.

She previously managed the Miranda Family Fellowship Program, supporting underrepresented artists and arts administrators in building leadership pathways across theater, television, and film. In her last role, at the Center for Educational Innovation (CEI), she developed arts integration initiatives for classroom teachers of students with disabilities in grades K–2.

A powerful experience for her was serving as a Performing Arts Legacy (PAL) Fellow, helping document and celebrate the careers of older performing artists who also taught, through the Research Center for Arts and Culture (RCAC) at The Actors Fund. She formerly served as Secretary of the Board for the Teaching Artist Guild, supporting national advocacy and grant initiatives for artists who teach.

Marissa is an Ascend Make Space Fellow for Disabled mid-career professionals through 2Gether International and a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
